Shipping rates:

Processing Time:
We currently operate on an preorder timeline basis meaning your order will be shipped in 5 weeks. The estimated timeframe for production of The Terra Set to be completed is late December & fulfillment will begin immediately after. If you are unable to wait, we recommend not to purchase because we can not rush any orders before production is done.
Delivery time:

Order updates:
You will receive 3 emails during the entire process. The first email will be an order confirmation email that will automatically be sent after purchasing. The second email will be sent once production has finished and fulfillment will begin starting. Lastly the third email will be a shipping confirmation email notifying you that your order has been shipped & is now on its way to you!
Delivery Carrier
Once your package is in the hands of USPS we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages, upon arrival we require our packages to be signed for. If you happen to miss delivery you will have to reschedule with USPS. If you have any issues with your package please contact your local USPS.
Payment:
Please be aware that when placing orders your billing and shipping address MUST match. We do not ship to p.o boxes and addresses that are not confirmed. Please reach out to us via email or text before placing your order if you need your package shipped to another address that doesn't correspond with your billing address.
International orders:
Yes, we do ship worldwide! However please advise that customers are responsible for import fees depending on their country. The estimated delivery time at checkout does not include processing & fulfillment time frame.
Return & Cancellation Policy
RETURNS ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 DAYS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all originally attached tags , packaging, and seals fully intact. We strongly recommend reviewing our size chart and product descriptions before placing an order. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect on our behalf.
If by any chance you receive a product that is defective or incorrect, please reach out to us immediately before the item is worn, washed, or altered in any way. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue.
